Terms of Warranty and Guarantee

UNI-T Bangladesh provides a 7-day replacement and 1-year service warranty for some branded products. For replacement and warranty service, please carefully read the below terms and conditions:

1. The product must be purchased from UNI-T Bangladesh or our partners.
2. Physical damage and tempering are not allowed.
3. The warranty will not apply if it is dropped or submerged in water.
4. You must save the bill or challan for a warranty claim.
5. We maintain a serial number, the customer must save this serial number.
6. For replacement, it must be claimed within 7 days after purchase.
7. For warranty service, the warranty must be claimed within 365 days.
8. If you need any parts to service the instrument, the customer will provide them or pay for them.
9. For paid service, submit the product anytime in good physical condition.
10. To receive any service, the product must be submitted to our office. Once the service is complete, we will contact the customer and arrange to deliver the product.
11. Application should be made in the prescribed form for receiving the service.
12. UNI-T Bangladesh reserves the right to make any decisions for replacement or warranty service.
